Case study 1 Test device for vehicle brake pedals
We developed a semi-automatic brake pedal testing device for various well-known automotive manufacturers. It reliably identifies leaks and air inclusions in braking systems. The test device is part of a test station which is individually planned for each customer. Case study 2 Semi-automatic testing device for heating controls
A heating technology client required a solution for combined functional and insulation testing of his heating control units. We developed a tester design with an integrated vacuum adapter for secure, repeatable contacting of the unit. The software automatically checks all relevant electrical functions and insulation values. Compact design and intuitive operation of the inspection device make it ideal for end-of-line testing in small to medium batch sizes.
