Case study 1 Rigid needle adapter for vehicle control units
Our end customer in the automotive industry needed to program engine control units with vehicle-specific data. To achieve this, various pins had to be contacted and connected to a diagnostic system in the production facility.
We provided a high-quality, low-maintenance, and user-friendly rigid needle adapter, which reliably operates in a three-shift system. A locking mechanism prevents the premature removal of the control unit. Additionally, the rigid needle adapter complies with standard ESD regulations.
Case study 3 Custom functional test fixture (FCT fixture) for window lifters
Our end customer in the automotive industry required a solution to raise windowpanes after installation. To achieve this, the window motor needed to be quickly and easily contacted during manufacturing.
We selected an appropriate power source and developed various functional test fixtures (FCT fixtures). Using 3D printing, we were able to verify our prototypes with the customer and select the most suitable solution. The plug fixtures have since proven reliable in continuous operation.
