Case study 1 Robot-guided electronics testing
An electronics client required a flexible way to automate test processes. Our test automation engineers developed a collaborative robot system that autonomously inserts devices under test (DUTs) into the test fixture, establishes contact between DUT and fixture, and removes them after testing. If the DUTs pass, they are automatically marked by an integrated ink stamping machine. With interchangeable grippers and test fixture kits, this solution is ideal for small-batch, high-variability production with a high degree of automation.
